Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@frequencyskincare.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2/23 Enterprise Avenue, Tweed Heads NSW 2486, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, we will provide you with a store credit valid to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance. This store credit will be for use at frequencyskincare.com and has no expiry.


Damages and issues
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault.
